Thank you for choosing our salon for your hair extension needs. We strive to provide excellent service, and by booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All deposits for hair extension services are **nonrefundable** if you cancel or reschedule after the 48-hour window. In order to receive a refund on your deposit, you must notify us **at least 48 hours prior to your appointment**. If cancellation or rescheduling is requested after this period, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so **up to 48 hours** in advance without penalty. Any rescheduling requested within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.
We understand that life happens, but we ask that you respect our time and the time of other clients.
– Late arrivals of 30-45 minutes** will be subject to rescheduling based on stylist approval.
– Arrivals after 45 minutes** will be considered a missed appointment, and a **rescheduling fee** may apply.
For the comfort and safety of all our clients, **no children** are allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a service.
We strive for perfection, but we understand that sometimes adjustments may be needed:
– Color or extension adjustments** may be requested within **10 days** of your service.
– Please note that **we do not offer refunds** for any services, including color or extension adjustments.
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. However, **we do not accept American Express** at this time.
– Cancellations made within **48 hours** of the appointment will result in a **nonrefundable deposit**.
– **No-shows** will be charged 100% of the total service fee.
We respect your privacy. Your personal information, including contact details and service preferences, will be kept confidential and used only for salon-related communications.
